Saturday, April 16, 2022We had a wonderful congrats party for admitted students of WG2024. A total of 17 attendees, including admitted students, alumni and members of the Tokyo Liaison Office got together at Ark Hills Club.
An in-person event was held for the first time in over 2 years and everyone seems to be enjoying, bonding and catching up. Yasuyuki Goto, from the Wharton Tokyo Liaison office, played MC and Minoura of WG '92, gave the opening remarks. Admitted students also enjoyed talking with the recent graduates and had the opportunity to exchange information.
In addition to a self-introduction, all of the alumni gave a speech about their best memories at Wharton. Each of them had interesting stories which made the admitted students excited about the journey ahead. Thanks to Mr. Minoura, we had a lovely time and a memorable dinner at the venue.
