Dean Geoff Garrett invited four Wharton young alumni who are superstars in start-ups.  He is quite insterested in recent trends for Wharton young alumni who seek more startups and cuirious to know what brought them to startups.  Four young alumni are: Akira Kurabayashi, WG'09, Managing Director at DRAPERNEXUS Ventures, Takashi Kawasaki, WG'10, CFO and member of the board, at Fringe81, Yo Nagami, WG'11, Director CFO at RakSuL, and Daisuke Asahara, WG'13, CFO and Head of Corporate Palning Div. at HEROZ Inc.  With 90 minutes exchange, Dean was inspired by Wharton's young alumni who are subverting stereotype that Japanese students preferred larger companies' careers to startups and who well levaraged Wharton network to facitlitate their actvities.
